Dance Expressions does NOT offer 'Combo Classes'. Young dancers, ages 3 yrs. - 7 yrs., have shorter attention spans. When forty five minute 'Combo Classes',  are divided into 2 shorter teaching sessions, there is reduced instruction time, limiting the ability for students to focus and retain instruction. Younger dancers are distracted by changing dance shoes, and then it can be difficult for the students in the class to re-focus. At Dance Expressions, children ages 3 yrs. - 4 yrs. take one 45 min. class/ style of Dance per semester. Our Dance Teachers work on socializing the class, so that they are able function together, and follow directions. In our Pre-Dance 1, Pre-Dance 2 and Pre-Tap classes, our youngest dancers begin to learn basic dance technique and dance terminology, while being taught choreography for their Recital performances. Our policy, to have tiny dancers to just take 1 style of Dance and Do it WELL, was developed through Miss Brittany's E.C.E. Degree, our Dance Teachers who are also Education professionals. We are also supported 100% by our dance studio parents, who are School Teachers. In our 19 years, the results speak for themselves, when our tiny dancers perform their Recital dances! There will be plenty of time, as they get a little older, to experience different styles of dance. Our Summer Dance Camps offer a variety of classes, which help dancers to be introduced to new styles of Dance, before registering for Fall Classes! We also have SHARE Shoes, for Summer Dance Camp dancers!

For ages 5 yrs. - 7 yr.s old, families can choose to have their dancer take 2 or more 45 min. dance classes per week.  All classes for ages 8 yrs. & up are 1 hour. 

Dancers ages 6 yrs. and up, may also audition for our Competitive Dance Team XDT! 

Auditions are held in late May or early June!
